2. INTEGRAL BUSINESS COACHING FOR SKILLED PROFESSIONALS AND EXECUTIVES
The effectiveness of integral business coaching addresses specific goals and questions and consists of identifying and activating the potential within every individual for independent problem solving. Utilizing a structured and methodical approach, the coach first identifies correlations requiring further clarification and makes them visible before presenting the client with individual, solution-oriented, and oftentimes new choices of action.


The following steps are important for individual coaching in the workplace:

Problem update: problematic or stressful experiences and individual thought/action patterns and emotions become “tangible” and solvable through the use of targeted discussions.

Resource activation: the client is made aware of their personal potential, characteristics, skills, and motivation.
